Blackened Pork Rub


A Spanish themed pork rub, loaded with roasted red pepper, cajun and just a hint of sweetness.


How to: Cover entire Steak/Chop with rub. Rub spice into the meat with your thumbs. Grill on rockin hot open grill on either side for 5-8 minutes depending on thickness of meat.


Ingredients: Roasted red pepper, cajun, cumin, paprika, fine cracked black peppercorns, cracked sea salt, brown sugar
